Effective date: April 2026
By accessing or using Venda (including our website, mobile apps, desktop applications, browser extensions, and APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use Venda.
Venda is a resale automation platform that helps you:
To use Venda, you must:
You authorize Venda to store OAuth tokens, publish listings, delist items, and view sales data on your behalf. We use OAuth 2.0 exclusively — we never ask for your marketplace passwords.
Critical: You are solely responsible for complying with eBay's, Etsy's, and other marketplaces' terms. Venda uses official APIs for Tier 1 platforms and assisted flows for Tier 2. If a marketplace bans you for violating their TOS, we are not responsible.
When an item sells on one platform, Venda detects the sale via webhooks (eBay, Etsy) or background monitoring (other platforms) and automatically delists from all others. All within 1–2 minutes.
We guarantee: If auto-delist is enabled and your device is online, we will detect the sale and delist from other platforms within 1–2 minutes.
We do NOT guarantee: If your device is offline or the background service is disabled, delisting may be delayed. It is your responsibility to keep the service enabled.
You retain full ownership of your photos, descriptions, and content. You grant Venda a limited license to store, process, and publish it on your behalf. All Venda code, design, and algorithms are owned by Venda and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.
Venda is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, that delistings will always complete in exactly 1–2 minutes, or that AI-generated listings will be perfect.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts for TOS violations, non-payment, or legal demands. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Disputes will first be resolved informally (email us at support@venda-list.com). If unresolved, disputes go to binding arbitration under JAMS rules. Class actions are waived.
Last updated: April 2026. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
